Cocoa Beach BBW Bash 2019

As a body positive advocate I believe that all bodies are good bodies. Doesn't mean that I am attracted to all bodies, just that everyone is entitled to feel beautiful and love their body regardless of size, shape, etc. There are a lot of "size acceptance" bashes across the nation that celebrate this! They mostly cater to larger ladies (BBW or Big Beautiful Woman, SSBBW or Super Size Big Beautiful Woman) and men that love them, as well as larger men, and the ladies that love them.

The Cocoa Beach Bash is an opportunity to wear your bikini, crop top, or other item you may not feel comfortable wearing otherwise. It's an opportunity to meet other people from all walks of life, all sizes, all backgrounds, and come together to celebrate life! I like to think of this bash as like the old school MTV's Spring Break: Plus Size Edition! Bashes are a way for me be free, and spend time with friends I've gotten to know from all over the country, even from overseas, as well as making new friends. Cocoa is a positive, happy, fun environment, where the only "BS" is bikinis and sandals!

This bash was the 16th annual Cocoa Beach Bash! Run by Plus Dimensions, Amy and her team take care of every detail to ensure your vacation rocks from start to finish. Hosted at the Best Western on Atlantic Ave, the "Bash Central Tower" overlooks the ocean. The event takes over the tower and we have our own private pool for the event. There are day time pool parties, night time parties, and even meals are included. Bash passes come in different groups depending on the amount of days you are wanting to stay: Wed-Sun, Thurs-Sun, Fri-Sun. I've always done the Wed-Sun package, as this also secures you get first dibs on a Bash Central room. I like to be part of the main action, but other lodging options may be available.

Each day has an itinerary with the days event, with time in between to get ready or do local touristy things. One year I went on a dolphin tour, another year I got a tattoo at a local shop! Some people go jet-skiing, and some never leave the hotel property! Honestly, you never really need to leave the property!
